Eligible Participants

Open only to individuals who:

(1) are legal residents of the United States, except New York;

(2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older;

(3) have a Coinme Inc. (“Coinme”) account (“Valid Account”) that was opened between November 1st, 2022 and January 7th, 2023, and remains in good standing from the time of participation through Gift Distribution (defined below);

(4) enter their email on the Coinme landing page URL link from the shopping cart advertisement QR code (“Advertisement Offer”) inviting participation in the offer, between the Promotion Term dates of November 1st, 2022 and January 7th, 2023.

An individual meeting the necessary requirements is an “Eligible Participant.” Eligibility for those who complete the Advertisement Offer will be determined solely by Coinme and in Coinme’s sole discretion. Advertisement Offer is not transferable, and Eligible Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Coinme, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this offer.

Offer Period: This offer begins when the Advertisement Offer is sent to the Eligible Participant and ends on the date stated in the Advertisement Offer.

How it Works: During the Offer Period, an Eligible Participant must enter their email in the Advertisement Offer and meet the necessary offer requirements. Offer requirements may include application via promo code, creating a Coinme account, and/or purchasing at least the minimum amount of crypto stated in the Advertisement Offer in a single cash transaction at a Coinstar Bitcoin ATM.

Once the qualifying requirements have been successfully completed and verified by Coinme, the gift amount stated in the Advertisement Offer (“Gift”) will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. The Gift will be added to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within seven business (7) days of your transaction (“Gift Distribution”). Coinstar transactions must be redeemed in the participant’s Coinme wallet to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Gift per Valid Account. Offers cannot be combined.

Limitations: Advertisement Offer available to Eligible Participants who have a Valid Coinme Account that was opened in the past 30 days, and have not previously held a Valid Account with Coinme. Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Gift Distribution to redeem a Gift, as determined in Coinme’s sole discretion. Coinme may provide an alternate Gift of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Gift. Coinme reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Coinme is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Gift, qualifying transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Coinme. Coinme reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse distribution of the Gift. Offer is void where prohibited, in New York, and if qualifying purchases or other offer-related activities are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Participation is subject to the Coinme User Agreement. Any questions relating to this offer or which Coinme customers are identified as Eligible Participants will be resolved in Coinme’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.

Choice of Law and Forum: Eligible Participants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this offer, the Advertisement Offer, and/or these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Eligible Participants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this offer, the Advertisement Offer, and/or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington.
