1. SPONSOR
The BTCD Launch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Coinme, Inc., 600 1st Ave, Suite 330, PMB 77544, Seattle, WA 98104 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Vermont, and any other jurisdiction where Coinme services are not available (see Coinme's licensing page for current service availability), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they are a resident, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Coinme, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants must have a Coinme account ("Coinme Account") in good standing at the time of entry and through the time of prize distribution to be eligible. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on May 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on June 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every twenty U.S. dollars ($20.00 USD) of Bitcoin Dollar (BTCD) purchased through the entrant's Coinme Account, with the entry count rounded down to the nearest whole entry. For example, a purchase of $50.00 USD of BTCD will result in two (2) entries; a purchase of $19.99 USD of BTCD will result in zero (0) entries. The minimum purchase to receive any entry is $20.00 USD. Purchases must be completed and settled within the Sweepstakes Period to qualify. Purchases that are subsequently refunded, reversed, or canceled will be removed from the entrant's entry count. The maximum number of entries an entrant may receive through this method during the Sweepstakes Period is two hundred fifty (250), equal to $5,000.00 USD in qualifying BTCD purchases. Additional purchases beyond this threshold will not generate additional entries.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: BTCD Launch Sweepstakes AMOE, Coinme, Inc., 600 1st Ave, Suite 330, PMB 77544, Seattle, WA 98104. Each AMOE entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. AMOE entries must be postmarked by June 11, 2026 and received by June 15, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, postage-due, or damaged mail. AMOE entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who holds the Coinme Account or, in the case of AMOE entries, the natural person identified on the entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
6. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000.00 USD) paid in Bitcoin (BTC), with the amount of BTC determined by the BTC/USD market rate at the time of prize distribution. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: $5,000.00 USD. The prize will be delivered to the winner's verified Coinme Account within seven (7) business days following confirmation of winner eligibility and receipt of all required documentation. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000.00 USD. The prize is denominated in U.S. dollars and will be converted to BTC at the prevailing market rate at the time of distribution. The value of cryptocurrency is volatile and may fluctuate significantly; the Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the future value of BTC, and the winner assumes all market risk associated with holding the prize after distribution.
The prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. No substitutions by winner. The winner is solely responsible for the federal, state, and local tax consequences of accepting the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner where required by law. The value of the prize is taxable to the winner as ordinary income.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. WINNER SELECTION
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 18, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information associated with the entrant's Coinme Account or AMOE entry, within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing, provided that this period shall be tolled (paused) during any federal holiday. For the avoidance of doubt, June 19, 2026 (Juneteenth National Independence Day) is a federal holiday and shall not be counted toward this period. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner is required to: (a) complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and an IRS Form W-9 within five (5) business days of receipt; (b) complete any identity verification reasonably requested by Sponsor; (c) maintain an active Coinme Account in good standing through the time of prize distribution; and (d) if the potential winner entered via the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) and does not hold a Coinme Account at the time of notification, create and complete identity verification of a Coinme Account within the five (5) business day response period as a condition of prize eligibility. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing requirements within the response period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner must remain in compliance with these Official Rules and the Coinme User Agreement from the time of entry through the time of prize distribution to receive the prize.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city, and state of residence by Sponsor in advertising, promotional, and publicity activities related to the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or consideration.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, misdirected, undeliverable, or delayed entries or communications; (b) any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or failures in the transmission of entries or notifications; (c) any technical or human errors of any kind; (d) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer, mobile device, or property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (e) any combination of the foregoing.
The value of cryptocurrency is volatile. The prize is denominated in U.S. dollars and converted to BTC at the prevailing market rate at the time of distribution. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the future value of any cryptocurrency, including BTC, and the winner assumes all market risk associated with holding the prize after distribution.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action giving rise to the cancellation or termination. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or the operation of any Coinme service or website, or who violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://coinme.com/legal/. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling the prize, and complying with applicable law.
15. WINNER LIST
For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, available after July 17, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: BTCD Launch Sweepstakes Winner List, Coinme, Inc., 600 1st Ave, Suite 330, PMB 77544, Seattle, WA 98104. Requests must be received by August 31, 2026.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
