Five Reasons Why We Love Palm Desert

If you’re intrigued by cryptocurrency, interested in a convenient way to get into crypto and purchase bitcoin, or are curious about our ATMs, come check our machines out. We have ATMs all over the country, and they are located in some pretty great cities (and we’re expanding to more in the coming months).

Located just a short drive from L.A., the Coachella Valley (and it’s close proximity to both Indio and Palm Springs) is the proud home of one of the newest Coinme bitcoin ATMs. While we think this is a great reason to visit, we want to share with you some of OUR favorite things to do in Palm Desert!

1. Living Desert Zoo and Gardens

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a desert botanical garden and zoo whose objective is to preserve part of the Colorado Desert in its natural state. By educating visitors and focusing on preservation, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens provides a safe space for various plants and animals facing extinction in the wild state.

2. Moorten Botanical Garden

Known as a Historic Landmark, the Moorten Botanical Garden is a favorite for those visiting the Palm Desert area. The Moorten Botanical Garden is a family-owned botanical garden housing cacti and other desert plants. If you’re a fan of gardens, strolling among desert plants might be a nice change of pace.

3. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway

The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is the world’s largest rotating tramcar and travels over two and a half miles over Chino Canyon. It only takes ten minutes to get up to the top, but along the way, you’ll get gorgeous 360-degree views. And once you reach the top? You can soak in the view from the top of the observation deck, history museum, gift shop, restaurants, or get some exercise by walking one of the hiking trails.

4. Palm Springs Art Museum

When you get too hot from being out in the sunshine, step inside to the cool Palm Springs Art Museum (they always keep it a comfortable 75 degrees) for a change of pace. The museum features modern and contemporary art collections, photography, among many other offerings. With a quality selection of art, the museum is a reasonable size for a couple hours of wandering and admiring.

5. PGA West Golf Academy

Whether you know how to golf or not, the PGA West Golf Academy is the gold standard for golf lessons. It’s a legendary golf academy where you can get custom club fittings and health and wellness consultations, in addition to tech video analysis. Play a round of golf, then pop over to our Westfield Palm Desert Crypto ATM kiosk location. Our ATMs are straightforward to use, no lessons needed!
