Over the last several months, our Customer Support team has worked diligently behind the scenes to create a better support experience for you and all of our customers. As a result, our tools, processes, and documentation have matured significantly – empowering us to serve you more effectively.

We are pleased to announce the release of an all-new chat experience, available now on our support site. The new Coinme Chat is more intuitive and powerful than ever. Navigation options have been simplified to provide a more streamlined experience. In addition, our documentation is integrated directly into the chat, offering intelligent suggestions that help you find the answers you need. Looking for help from a live person? That’s easier too! You can quickly speak with one of our crypto experts through the chat whenever you need it.

We have also expanded our knowledge base of help documentation, adding more than fifty new articles that are most relevant to you. Each help article has been updated with a new layout and current screenshots from our iOS app, Android app, and website. New categories organized under a taxonomy structure allow you to find information more easily. If you happen to search for something that doesn’t yet exist, we’ll be alerted so we can create something for you. 

The improvements don’t stop there. We’ve made numerous updates to our platform, procedures, and internal tooling – all of which allow us to operate more efficiently when supporting your needs.
