Eligible Participants

Open only to individuals who:

(1) are residents of the fifty states and the District of Columbia, except New York;
(2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 16, 2022;
(3) have a Coinme Inc. (“Coinme”) account (“Valid Account”) that remains in good
standing from the time of participation through Gift Distribution (defined below); and
(4) receive an email from Coinme (“Offer E-mail”) inviting participation in the offer; or
(5) receive a Coinme advertisement (“Offer Ad”) inviting participation in the offer.

An individual meeting the necessary requirements is an “Eligible Participant.” Eligibility for/those who receive the Offer E-mail or Offer Ad will be determined solely by Coinme and in Coinme’s sole discretion. Offer E-mails and Offer Ads are not transferable, and Eligible Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Coinme, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this offer.

Offer Period: This offer begins when the Offer E-mail is sent to the Eligible Participant and ends on the date stated in the Offer E-mail. The Offer Ad begins on May 16th, 2022 and ends on June 30th, 2022. (“Offer Period”).

How it Works: During the Offer Period, an Eligible Participant must click the link on the Offer E-mail or Offer Ad and meet the necessary offer requirements. Offer requirements may include application via promo code, creating a Coinme account, and/or purchasing at least the minimum amount of crypto stated in the Offer E-mail or Offer Ad in a single cash transaction at either (1) a participating MoneyGram location, or (2) at a Coinstar Bitcoin ATM.

Once the qualifying requirements have been successfully completed and verified by Coinme, the gift amount stated in the Offer E-mail  or Offer Ad (“Gift”) will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. The Gift will be added to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within seven business (7) days of your transaction (“Gift Distribution”). Coinstar transactions must be redeemed in the participant’s Coinme wallet to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Gift per Valid Account. Offers cannot be combined.

Limitations: Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Gift Distribution to redeem a Gift, as determined in Coinme’s sole discretion. Coinme may provide an alternate Gift of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Gift. Coinme reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Coinme is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Gift, qualifying transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Coinme. Coinme reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse distribution of the Gift. Offer is void where prohibited, in New York, and if qualifying purchases or other offer-related activities are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Participation is subject to the Coinme User Agreement. Any questions relating to this offer or which Coinme customers are identified as Eligible Participants will be resolved in Coinme’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.

Choice of Law and Forum: Eligible Participants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this offer, the Offer E-mail, the Offer Ad, and/or these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Eligible Participants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this offer, the Offer E-mail, the Offer Ad, and/or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington.
